According to Vivian Paige, Mark Warner will not be running for Senate in 2008. Since Warner is also being considered a potential candidate in ‘09, this decision could have an affect on the Gubernatorial campaign as well. This could also be a move that needs to be done in order to be considered as a Vice-Presidential candidate.
